Terms of Service
I understand that if the unit I supply is deemed to be 'beyond economical repair' I will incur a fee for the inspection of the mobile phone as agreed upon the signing this document.
- I understand that the unit itself may require a software change, which may cause the loss of data and/or the unit to revert back to the network to which it was initially locked. In the case of the unit switching back to an original network, Starlight Mobiles can 'unlock' the unit, incurring an additional fee for the process.
- I understand that if the original fault is water damage, repairs may take up to 5 working days.
- I understand that on receipt of the unit, Starlight Mobiles will repair the faults outlined in this and the initial application, any further fault will incur additional costs which will be quoted separately.
- I understand that any unit sent to Starlight Mobiles with a charging fault will require the unit battery and charger.
- I understand that Starlight Mobiles is not responsible for any damage or loss of customised Sim cards or phone covers.
Warranty information - Should the unit fail with the EXACT PART FAILURE within 90 days of the unit being repaired, Starlight Mobiles will repair the phone at no extra charge - excluding any physical or accidental damage. (This excludes the cost of postage)
